In using the services provided by our website nazarbd.shop you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below or as may be revised from time to time, which is, for an indefinite period and you understand and agree that you are bound by such terms and conditions till the time you access this website.
Nazaar reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without any obligation to inform you and it is your responsibility to look through them as often as possible. All rights including copyright, in this website, are owned by Nazaar. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part without the permission of Nazaar is prohibited.

About Our Shops
www.nazarbd.shop operates three individual shops:
Nazaar – Jewelry-based products (bangles, jewelry & accessories)
Rahman’s Craft – Handmade items, custom crafts, graphic-based products
Cake Slices – Cakes and baked items (service available only within Chittagong)
Products
- We sell handmade items including jewelry, bangles, resin products, cakes, and customized items.
- Since many products are handmade, slight variations in color, design, or size may occur, which is not considered a defect.
- Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly.
- Cake orders are freshly prepared and delivered only in Chittagong.
Pricing & Payment
All price mentioned are applicable for Website purchase only. For orders being shipped within Bangladesh, the payment can only be accepted in BDT. Prices will be MRP, MC and VAT as applicable. Prices may change without notice. Applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout. Full payment must be completed before order confirmation.
Online
Customers can make their purchase payment with Mobile Banking Only.
Offline
Offline payments can be made with Hand cash or Mobile Banking.
Orders
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other reasons. Orders can be cancelled before shipment or preparation.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or cake preparation starts
Delivery Schedule
Delivery time depends on location and product type (especially handmade or customized items).We understand that your privacy is important to you and we respect that. We ensure you that we maintain complete confidentiality of the details that you have shared with us and will not share it with any third party.
A tentative delivery date/time will be 3-5 working days are given along with the order confirmation email. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. Alternatively, registered customers can track their order by clicking Track Order and find the order status. Cake Slices delivery is limited to Chittagong city only.
Delays due to courier services or unavoidable circumstances are not our responsibility.
Restriction
Nazaar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity/value of the items purchased by you and such other restrictions as may be applicable to orders placed by the same Mobile Banking and also to orders that use the same billing and/ or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. Nazaar reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit sales to anyone as it may deem fit.
Site Security
You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of this website, including, without limitation:
a) Accessing data not intended for you or logging onto a server or an account which you are not authorized to access.
b) Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
c) Attempting to interfere with service to any other user, host or network, including without limitation via means of submitting a virus to the site, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing or crashing.
d) Sending unsolicited email, including promotions and or advertising of products or services;
e) Forging any TCP / IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup, posting violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Nazaar will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this site or any activity being conducted on this site. You agree, further, not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including, without limitation, browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this site other than the search engine and search agents available on this site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g. Microsoft Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox).
Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any issue.
Return & Refund Policy
Nazaar (Jewelry & Resin Items)
Refund or replacement available if:
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Wrong product is delivered
No refund if:
- Damage caused after use
- Color/design variation due to handmade nature
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery (with photos).
Rahman’s Craft (Handmade & Custom Products)
Custom or personalized items are NON-REFUNDABLE
Refund/replacement only for:
- Damaged items
- Wrong product delivery
Cake Slices (Cakes – Chittagong Only)
No refunds or returns on cakes once delivered.
Refund applicable only if:
- Order is cancelled before preparation
- Cake is damaged during delivery (must report immediately)
We are not responsible for taste preferences or allergy issues.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be made via the valid Mobile Banking.
Modification Of Terms And Conditions Of Service
Nazaar reserves the right at any time to modify the terms and conditions of this user agreement without any prior notification to you. Subsequent to any such modification of the user agreement, we will inform you of the modifications in the user agreement through website and our social platforms. You can access the latest version of the user agreement at any given time on www.nazarbd.shop You should regularly view the user agreement on www.nazarbd.shop. In the event the modified user agreement is not acceptable to you, you may undertake to discontinue using our service. However, if you continue to use our service you shall be deemed to have agreed and accepted to the modified terms and conditions and you undertake to abide by the modified terms and conditions and you undertake to abide by the modified user agreement.
